The location is perfect, situated in a quiet neighborhood away from the tourist center, but still conveniently close to a train stop for easy access into the new town. The hotel itself is hidden in a small alley, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

It was close to the sky train station which was only 4 stations from Siam center, the heart of bangkoks shopping areas.

Clean and modern 2 bedroom apartment better than a 1 room hotel for the same price, short walk to skytrain, good quiet area away from tourist gettos, easy to get to central ladphrao for shopping and food or siam area via skytrain, very nice staff.

Swimming pool is a bit cold because it is shaded from the sun by the building, not much street food in the area so need to go 1 stop north on skytrain to Ari station to find restuarants,

We stayed with a family of 5. The staff was very nice, we did our laundry for free and they will drop you off with their Tuk Tuk for free. Good find.

Spacious rooms with clean facilities and a comfy bed. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the bathroom amenities smelled amazing. The staff were helpful and spoke good English. The location was very convenient, just a short walk to the BTS station. I would recommend this hotel for its comfort and strategic location.

Hotel staff is not sufficient , kitchen utencils are not sufficient, room cleaning given only onces for 6 nights stay, bath towels and soap is not changed.

Stayed at Bangkok Patio for a few days with my family and loved it! Spacious apartment with great amenities, perfect for kids. The pool was a huge bonus. The location was convenient, close to the metro station and the hotel's free shuttle tuk tuk took us to the market and railway station. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Will definitely book again next time!

During our New Year's holiday, we were impressed with the spacious and well-appointed rooms of the hotel we stayed at. The staff were also helpful and polite, making our stay comfortable. One of the best aspects was the swimming pool and its facilities, which were well-maintained and provided a relaxing atmosphere. we were able to stay close to key transportation options, which made it easy to explore the city.

while the room was clean and serviced daily, we found that the food offered in-room was below our expectations, and we had to seek meals elsewhere. Despite these negatives, we enjoyed our stay overall and would consider staying at this hotel again in the future.
